The Blue Granite Medical Center is a family practice providing health care services to any Fairfield County citizen who does not have a medical home. This medical Center is supported with a one-year grant from The Duke Endowment.

Blue Granite Medical Center also provides flu shots and blood pressure screenings for local industries in the community.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday - Friday
9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Appointments are recommended; however, walk-in appointments may be worked in as available.
Blue Granite Medical Center is located on the hospital's campus on Moultrie Street side.
