BLUE GRANITE MEDICAL CENTER
Our local Rural Health Clinic provides additional medical services for patients in our community who do not already have a family physician. Wendy Lykes is the Nurse Practitioner providing excellent medical care.

Fairfield Life Improvement Program FMH along with Upper Midlands Rural Health Network & the Diabetic Education Center provides Diabetes Education & Nutritional Counseling Services for our community through individual & group classes in a relaxed setting. Join us today for a healthier you.

SC Mission 2011
Volunteers from surrounding medical offices, specialists & hospitals are coming together to present a day & a half of medical care for the homeless & uninsured patients being held at the Coliseum on August 5th & 6th, 2011. Please let us know if you would like to be a part of this wonderful event!
