Registration is located in the front lobby of the hospital as you walk through the front doors. Patients will need to bring a copy of a physician’s order for the test, if they were given one, along with any authorization they may have been given for the test, their insurance card(s) and a picture ID. A copay will be expected at the time of service before leaving the facility.
