Terry Davis states that while cutting limbs, one broke and stuck in the palm of his hand. He arrived at the Fairfield Memorial Hospital ER department where he was professionally greeted and checked in and quickly without waiting, called to the back. The staff he encountered was professional and courteous. Mr. Davis stated that he was in/out in approximately 1 ½ hours. He stated everyone went above and beyond in his care and that it probably didn’t hurt that he had Patti with him. Mr. Davis ended his story by stating that he was thankful the hospital was there, and he didn’t have to travel out of the county for treatment.
The most positive aspects of my health care experience were the compassionate care and concern of the Doctor, Nurses and other staff members that was given to me before, during and after my procedure. The care that I received was great. After 40+ years of going to another hospital, this experience at Fairfield Memorial was refreshing. I needed to see someone right away and from the time I came in until the time I was discharged, I was very satisfied with everyone that had a hand in my care, and it was an excellent experience.
